Ian Hunter

Ian Hunter has over 26 years of extensive experience in the marine engineering and surveying field, primarily with the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since September 1997. In various leadership roles including Area Manager for Eastern North America and the Great Lakes, Regional Vice President, and Country Manager, responsibilities have centered on managing operations and overseeing regional activities. Prior experience as an Engineer with Ensco plc involved work aboard offshore support vessels. Ian Hunter's academic background includes a degree in Marine Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, obtained in 1997.
