Joshua Lavire

Joshua LaVire is a highly experienced individual currently working at American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) as the VP, Corporate HSQE. Joshua has held various positions within the company, including Regional Vice President, Inland Market Manager, and Senior Principal Surveyor. In addition, Joshua has also served as Assistant Country Manager for Korea and Senior Surveyor, with extensive work experience in various countries such as Seattle, China, Singapore, Korea, and Houston. Prior to ABS, Joshua was a Sonar Technician Submarines in the US Navy. Joshua LaVire graduated from Texas A&M University in 2001 with a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering Technology.
