Leile Froufe

Leile Froufe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the maritime engineering field. Currently serving as Vice President and Site Engineering Manager at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since February 2022, Leile previously held the position of Senior Managing Principal Engineer at ABS from March 1992 to February 2022. Leile Froufe holds a Master’s degree in Ocean Engineering, Naval Engineering from Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, earned between 1988 and 1992.
