Lew Rogers

Lew Rogers has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Lew began their career in the US Navy as a Commissioned Officer from 1988 to 1995. After that, they worked as a Distribution Center Operations Manager at Montgomery Ward. From 1997 to 2001, they were a Senior Recruiter at Orion International Consulting Group. Following this role, Lew worked for Metronational as a Human Resources Generalist and Manager from 2001 to 2005. Lew then became a Managing Principal and Partner at Vector Resource Group, LLC, a recruiting agency, from 2004 to 2006. Lew joined the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) in 2006 and held various positions such as Senior Human Resources Generalist, Director of Human Resources for Greater China Division, Director of Global Career Management, and Director of Human Resources for the Eastern Hemisphere and Asia Pacific.

Lew Rogers earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Science from Texas A&M University in 1988. Additionally, they obtained a certification in SHRM-SCP from SHRM in December 2015.
