Tabitha Callo

Tabitha Callo has extensive experience in human resources and sales training, having held significant roles at Motorola Solutions from November 2013 to December 2020, including Sr. Human Resources Transformation Partner and North America Sales Training & Communications Manager. In these positions, Tabitha led training programs for a large sales team and collaborated with senior leaders to align training strategies with business goals. Since January 2021, Tabitha is the Founder of The Callo Company, focused on helping individuals activate their career visions. In February 2023, Tabitha took on the role of Sr. Human Resources Business Partner at Tait Communications, providing strategic HR guidance to enhance business performance. Prior experience includes a contractor position at McDonald's Corporation, where Tabitha developed engagement programs for front-line employees. Tabitha holds a Master of Science in Learning and Organizational Change from Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Florida Gulf Coast University.
