Lino Garrido N possesses extensive experience in marine surveying and management, currently serving as Surveyor in Charge at the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) since December 2010, with responsibilities as an ISM/ISPS Auditor and MLC Inspector, as well as previous roles in Trinidad and Guyana. Prior to ABS, Lino held positions such as Technical Manager at TM Servicios C.A., Projects Manager at CEICA, and Marine Operations Manager at TRICOMAR, C.A. Lino's career began at PDVSA Petroleos de Venezuela S.A., where roles included Fleet Engineer and Fleet Maintenance Coordinator. Lino holds a degree in Naval Engineering from IUPFAN, earned between 1983 and 1988.
