Santiago Suárez

Santiago Suárez has an extensive background in supply chain management, specializing in procurement and inventory management. At Tesla, from May 2018 to March 2023, Santiago served as Sr. Global Supply Manager for Lithium, focusing on strategic procurement for electric vehicle and energy storage battery cells. In previous roles at Tesla, Santiago managed a $100 million annual spend in indirect procurement, overseeing various categories and executing commercial negotiations and vendor management. Santiago began the career as a Global Supply Management Intern at Tesla and gained additional experience as a Supply Chain Customer Solutions Intern at Johnson & Johnson, contributing to customer inventory management and supply chain processes.
