Albert Majiwa

Albert Majiwa has extensive experience in change management and managerial finance, holding the position of Chief of Staff at Absa Bank Kenya from May 2004 to February 2024, where skills in change management and managerial finance were developed over two decades. Previously, Albert served as Vice President in various roles focused on country transformation and performance at Absa, emphasizing change management. Prior experience includes leadership as Vice President, Head of Operations at Barclays Bank of Uganda and as Regional Performance and Analytics Manager at Barclays Africa Group Limited. Albert holds a Fintech Master Class in Managerial Finance and Business Transformation from North-West University and a Global Management Foundations degree from IMD.
