Marta Szluinska

Marta Szluinska is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and operations management, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Shielded Technologies since February 2025. Previously, Marta held the position of Director of Operations at Input Output (IOHK), where leadership during a critical growth phase for the Midnight protocol was paramount. Additional experience includes a Technical Program Manager role at VMware, where significant transformation initiatives were undertaken, and Director of Technology Programs at Bessemer Alliance, focusing on cloud platform development for IoT start-ups. Earlier roles include Head of Technology at Transport Systems Catapult, Strategy Manager at BAE Systems Detica, and various technical positions in other organizations. Marta holds a PhD in Physics from University College London and an MSc in Physics from Gdańsk University of Technology.
