Moses Okundi

Moses Okundi currently serves as the Chief Technology Officer at Absa Bank Kenya since September 2021, bringing extensive experience in technology leadership across various organizations. Previously, Moses held the position of CIO at Vodafone, where responsibilities included leading Information & Communications Technology strategy and enhancing digital customer experience. At Safaricom PLC, Moses advanced from Head of Converged Service Operations to Head of Information Systems Operations, overseeing critical services like MPESA and ERP systems. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Communication & Control Engineering from The University of Manchester, advanced management programs at Strathmore Business School, and certification as an Engagement & Productivity Coach from the Coaching Development Institute of Africa.
