Angela Isabella Anyoti is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer experience management and legal support within the banking sector. Currently serving as the Customer Experience Service Delivery and Design Manager at Absa Bank Tanzania since September 2018, Angela is also the Customer Experience Delivery Manager for Customer Experience & Digital Channels, focusing on business process re-engineering to enhance customer satisfaction. Angela played a pivotal role as the Brand Name Change Lead during the transition of Absa Bank into the Tanzanian banking market, collaborating on various strategic initiatives. Prior to their tenure at Absa, Angela held multiple positions at Halliburton International, including Senior Contract Administrator and Senior Proposal Specialist, and contributed significantly to the legal departments of Barclays Bank in both Tanzania and Uganda. Angela holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Zambia.
