Alexandria Jackson

Alexandria Jackson has a diverse work experience ranging from customer success management to business management, HR compliance, and financial services. Starting in 2012, they worked as a Card Services and Fraud Specialist at Trustmark Bank, where they monitored card transactions and investigated potential fraud cases. In 2016, they joined OneMain Financial as a Personal Loan Specialist, assisting customers with loan applications and processing loan disbursements. In 2017, Alexandria became an Assistant Branch Manager at Mariner Finance, managing a team and implementing new loan origination processes. Alexandria then transitioned to JANO Technologies in 2018, taking on the role of a Technical/Customer Success Manager, where they successfully managed client relationships and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2021, they joined both Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company and Day & Zimmermann, working as an Unclaimed Property Analyst and HR Compliance Representative respectively. Throughout their career, Alexandria has demonstrated skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.

Alexandria Jackson earned their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Hinds Community College in 2007. Alexandria then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Jackson State University, completing their education in 2019.
