Starting in 2012, they worked as a Card Services and Fraud Specialist at Trustmark Bank, where they monitored card transactions and investigated potential fraud cases. In 2016, they joined OneMain Financial as a Personal Loan Specialist, assisting customers with loan applications and processing loan disbursements. In 2017, Alexandria became an Assistant Branch Manager at Mariner Finance, managing a team and implementing new loan origination processes. Alexandria then transitioned to JANO Technologies in 2018, taking on the role of a Technical/Customer Success Manager, where they successfully managed client relationships and ensured customer satisfaction. In 2021, they joined both Yoh, A Day & Zimmermann Company and Day & Zimmermann, working as an Unclaimed Property Analyst and HR Compliance Representative respectively. Throughout their career, Alexandria has demonstrated skills in problem-solving, conflict resolution, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
Alexandria Jackson earned their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in General Studies from Hinds Community College in 2007. Alexandria then pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Accounting and Business/Management at Jackson State University, completing their education in 2019.

JANO is an integrated IT services and software company that develops solutions to improve the efficiency of private businesses, county government, and criminal justice institutions throughout the state of Illinois. Founded in 1989 by two friends who ran the company for over 20 years, JANO has been providing software applications and services to Illinois clients for three decades. Now, the company is under the leadership of Nosa Bridges, the son of one of the original co-founders. In 2020, JANO acquired Viscon Networking Innovations, a provider of IT managed services to many of the same Illinois Counties we support for software for decades, bringing the mission full circle as the premier, holistic technology partner to local governments in Illinois. Today, JANO is still a privately held, family-owned software development company with offices in Champaign, IL, Chicago, IL and Jackson, MS. Our staff has grown to over twenty and includes career software developers, project managers, and technical engineers, many with 20+ years of experience in their fields of expertise as well as young professionals, all of whom are dedicated to collaboration and learning. We are a certified Minority Business Enterprise by the State of Illinois Central Management Services – department of Business Enterprise Programs. We have staff in 7 Illinois Counties living and working close to our customers where they need us.
