Starting in 2012, they worked as a Card Services and Fraud Specialist at Trustmark Bank, where they monitored card transactions and investigated potential fraud cases. In 2016, they joined OneMain Financial as a Personal Loan Specialist, assisting customers with loan applications and processing loan disbursements.
