Dr Imtiaz Abdul Kader

Dr. Imtiaz Abdul Kader has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and companies. Dr Imtiaz began their career at Standard Bank Group, where they worked as a Lead Business Analyst and later moved up to become a Senior Manager. In these positions, they oversaw teams, managed solution design, and brokered relationships between various departments and vendors. Dr Imtiaz then took on the role of Head of PBB Core Banking Transformation PMO, where they were accountable for project and program assurance, vendor engagement and management, and executive board representations.

Dr. Imtiaz Abdul Kader also founded Perfected Execution, a research domain focused on improving organization strategy definition and execution through the application of systems and complexity theory. Dr Imtiaz researched the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance organizations, societies, and economies.

Currently, Dr. Imtiaz Abdul Kader works at Absa Group as the Head of Business Enablement/COO. Prior to this, they held the role of Head of Strategic Change.
