Ilhaam van der Schyff currently serves as the Group Head of Talent Acquisition at Absa Group since April 2023 and as a mentor for WOMEN IN TECH® since August 2023. Previously, Ilhaam held various roles at Old Mutual South Africa from April 2019 to March 2023, including Head of Talent Acquisition for the Capability Cluster and Talent Acquisition Lead. Ilhaam's career in talent acquisition began at Quantum Leap Consulting from May 2010 to March 2019, serving as Manager of ICT Resourcing & Analysis and Consultant. Additionally, Ilhaam worked as a Senior Recruitment Consultant at Siyakha Consulting from August 2008 to April 2010. Ilhaam's educational background includes multiple certifications from Udemy in Agile HR methodologies and a Master’s NLP Practitioner certification, complemented by earlier studies at MANCOSA and the University of South Africa.
