Kerry-Anne Constance

Kerry-Anne Constance has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and development. Kerry-Anne currently holds the position of Learning Solutions Lead at Absa Group since October 2022. Prior to this, they worked at FNB South Africa from 2015 to 2022, first as the Segment Head of Learning & Development and then as the L&D Manager. Before joining FNB, Kerry-Anne Constance founded Constant Development in 2011, where they worked as a Learning and Development Practitioner, focusing on various areas of training and skills development. Kerry-Anne also had a brief role as a Human Capital Development Specialist at Lunzulu Human Capital in 2011. Earlier in their career, they worked at Grandir as a Learning Development Specialist and held roles at FNB South Africa as a Learning Operations Coordinator and Business Development Administrator.

Kerry-Anne Constance completed their education history as follows:

- From 2022 to 2026, they attended SACAP (The South African College of Applied Psychology) and obtained a Bachelor of Applied Social Science - BASoSc degree in Social Psychology.

- In 2020, they attended GIBS Business School (Gordon Institute of Business Science) for a Strategic Leadership program in the field of Business.

- Also in 2020, they completed a program on Platform Strategies for Success in Digital Transformation from MIT Sloan Executive Education.

- From 2015 to 2017, they studied at Milpark School of Financial Services and earned a Higher Diploma in Banking and Financial Support Services.

- In 2013 and 2014, they attended Chartall Business College and obtained a National Certificate in Banking and Financial Support Services.

- From 2011 to 2012, they studied at Prior Learning Centre and obtained a National Diploma in ODETDP.

- From 2001 to 2003, they attended the Business Management Training College of SA and earned a National Diploma in Human Resource Management.

- Kerry-Anne completed their high school education at Silver Oaks Senior Secondary school from 1996 to 2000.

Additionally, Kerry-Anne Constance obtained a certification in Digital Transformation: Platform Strategies for Success from MIT Sloan Executive Education in 2020.
