Lizeka Mankabane

Lizeka Mankabane has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Lizeka started their career at Old Mutual as a call center agent in August 1998 and worked there until November 1999. Following that, they joined Edcon as a Collections Team leader in December 1999 and stayed with the company for almost four years. In August 2003, Lizeka started working at the South African Revenue Service (SARS) as an OPS Call center Manager, a role they held until October 2007. Since November 2007, they have been working at Absa, where they currently serve as the Vice President of Customer Service.

Lizeka Mankabane attended Mzomhle High School from 1985 to 1990. Lizeka then pursued a degree in Law at the University of Fort Hare from 1991 to 1993, obtaining a BJURIS. In 1997, they went on to complete a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (Pgdip in HRM) at the University of Cape Town, concluding their formal education.
