Marsha Murray

Marsha Murray currently serves as the Group Financial Controller and Head of the Technical Advisory Group at Absa Group since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles at Barclays Africa Group Limited from February 2014 to March 2022, where positions included Head of Accounting Control and Head of Financial Control for Retail and Business Bank (South Africa). Previous positions also encompass Director of the Technical Accounting Group at Barclays Bank PLC, Technical Accounting Manager at Barclaycard, and various roles in audit and financial reporting at BPP Professional Education, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and KPMG. Marsha holds a B Comm (Accounting Sciences) Honours degree from the University of Pretoria, completed in 2000.
