Robert Lange

Robert Lange has a diverse work experience in the field of solution architecture and system analysis. Robert currently holds the position of Lead Solution Architect at Absa Group since August 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Lead Solution Architect at Tiger Brands from July 2018 to July 2021. Robert also served as a Solution Architect Contractor at Nedbank from July 2016 to June 2018.

Before joining Nedbank, Robert worked as a System Analyst at CrossStream Systems (An Ovations Group Company) from September 2014 to June 2016. Their role primarily focused on high level design for integration architecture, including Oracle middleware stack (OSB and SOA Suite), and system analysis and design for the online space with a focus on integration with billing, CRM, provisioning, and other systems.

Prior to CrossStream Systems, Robert held the position of System Integration Engineer at Redknee from September 2013 to August 2014. In this role, they worked on SIGTRAN integration using SS7 gateway and IP integration including SOAP and diameter protocol.

Robert's career began at Nokia Siemens Networks in 2011, where they initially worked as a Verification and Integration Engineer from March 2011 to June 2012. Robert then transitioned to the role of BSS System Integration Engineer from June 2012 to August 2013. Their responsibilities included the integration of BSS systems at customer sites and acceptance testing with customers.

Robert Lange earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronic from the University of Pretoria, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. In addition to their degree, they have obtained certifications including AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate from Amazon Web Services (AWS) and TOGAF 9 Certified from The Open Group.
