Ross Wilson

Ross Wilson currently serves as the Chief People Officer for the Corporate and Investment Bank at Absa Group, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources and advising senior executives on people strategies. Previously, Ross held leadership positions in human resources at Barclays Africa Group Limited and Standard Bank Group, managing various banking segments and implementing strategic HR initiatives.
