Sejeng Matlhako

Sejeng Matlhako currently serves as the Regional Head of Trade Finance and Transactional Banking at Absa Group, a position held since August 2013, following roles as a Senior Trade Finance Specialist and Corporate Credit Analyst. Prior experience includes managing credit evaluations for the Mid Corporate Business at Standard Bank of South Africa from January 2010 to August 2013, and conducting verification and analysis of BEE credentials at Emex Trust in 2009. Earlier career stages involved auditing as an Articles Clerk at Nolands Jhb Inc. from 2006 to 2008. Sejeng Matlhako holds a Bachelor of Accounting Sciences and a Bcom Honours in Financial Accounting from the University of South Africa, along with a National Diploma in Accounting and Finance from Tshwane University of Technology, and is an ACCA candidate.
