Gretchen Hector

Gretchen Hector is an experienced auditor and finance professional currently serving as Corporate Controller and previously as Director of Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting at Myriad Genetics since January 2020. Prior to this role, Gretchen worked at Deloitte from September 2012 to January 2020, climbing to Audit Manager after serving as Audit Senior, with a focus on clients in the technology and manufacturing sectors. Earlier experience includes two audit internships at Deloitte U.S. India and McGladrey, where responsibilities included assisting audit teams and performing audit procedures. Gretchen's career began at Fidelity Investments as a Financial Representative, where recognition was received for achieving 1500 error-free transactions. Educationally, Gretchen holds a Master of Accountancy from Vanderbilt University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration - Finance from Montana State University Billings.
