Carl Borgquist

Mr. Borgquist has long-term experience in law, capital markets, finance and renewable energy development. He is the CEO of Absaroka Energy and a sought after presenter and thought leader on infrastructure development, grid innovation and energy policy. Mr. Borgquist previously served in the Navy as a Judge Advocate, as a Special Assistant US Attorney, and with the Davidson Companies as Director of Wealth Management.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Public Administration from California State University and a law degree from the University of San Francisco.
