Matt Garcia

Matt Garcia has extensive experience in payroll and equity management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Payroll & Equity at Absci since June 2021, after progressing through roles including Payroll & Equity Manager and Payroll Manager. Previously, Matt worked at Nautilus Inc. as a Senior Payroll Specialist from June 2017 to June 2021 and held the position of Senior Payroll Accountant at Green Dot Corporation from April 2009 to June 2017. Matt holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus in Accounting from Washington State University Vancouver, obtained in November 2022, and an Associate of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Clark College, completed in July 2019.
