Bridget Rowland is the Vice President of Operations and System Integration at AbsencePlus, where they focus on delivering scalable workplace solutions. With extensive experience in leave and disability management, they previously served as a Senior Technical Standards and Compliance Manager at Sedgwick, where they led compliance operations and training initiatives. Prior to that, Bridget held roles as a Program Implementation Manager and Business Information Analyst at Sedgwick and Nationwide Better Health, respectively. They also contributed to sales and training efforts as a Gift Card Sales Representative/Trainer at Applebee’s. Bridget is currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at Franklin University.
