Prior to their career in operations, Ryan served as the Assistant Wrestling Coach and Director of Operations - Wrestling at the University of Michigan. Ryan holds a BA in Sports Management and Communications from the University of Michigan.

Disability Short-Term and Long-Term Disability claims will be reviewed and processed within the parameters of your disability plan. Our experienced claim professionals will monitor the medical received in accordance with the Official Disability Guidelines and continually assess for return to work potential. Adjudication will be timely and the employee and employer will be notified of the claim determination. Advice to pay reports will be sent to our clients at regular intervals, resulting in a seamless claims experience for both our client and their employees.
