Gasimov Anar

Gasimov Anar is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Junior Sous Chef and Sous Chef at ABSHERON Hotel Group since 2003, Gasimov has successfully managed kitchen operations, created menus, and maintained quality standards. In previous roles, Gasimov held positions such as Executive Chef at Rixos Hotels and Fairmont Baku, where responsibilities included strategic planning, budget management, and the development of culinary staff. Additionally, Gasimov founded Juno Baku and has worked in various prestigious establishments, consistently focusing on guest service and operational efficiency. Anar holds a Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology and Processing from Azerbaijan State University of Economics, earned between 2006 and 2011.
