Suleyman Shaheldiyev

Suleyman Shaheldiyev is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Cluster HR Manager for The Merchant Baku and Art Gallery Hotels under Absheron Hotel Group since March 2024. Prior to this role, Suleyman held the position of Human Resources Director at ELIT OPTIMAL, overseeing a workforce of over 1500 staff and focusing on various HR matters including compensation, benefits, and performance evaluation strategies.
