David Kruger

David has over 40 years of experience in technology consulting, business development and sales strategy. Absio is the fourth software company he has founded or co-founded. He is a certified General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Practitioner and is knowledgeable in all aspects of data privacy with highly specialized skills in encryption for regulatory compliance.

Prior to joining Absio, David was founding CEO of Air Partnership Professionals, LLC, a web-based service helping pilots find partners and to form and operate aircraft partnerships. He co-founded and served as VP of Sales and Marketing for Workplace Architects/Quest Software, a SharePoint tools provider (now owned by Dell), and as VP of Sales and Marketing for Construction News Service (now owned by iSqFt) delivering online construction information to commercial general and subcontractors.

David began his career designing and delivering engineered safety and security solutions for among other things, the transport, storage, usage, detection, and control loss mitigation of highly hazardous chemicals. He served as a client liaison to OSHA and EPA.

David is a published and contributing author of numerous white papers and articles about safety, cybersecurity and data privacy, and is an official member of the Forbes Technology Council.
