Jeanette Ayala

Jeanette Ayala, Ed.D., MBA, SPHR, currently serves as the Director of Human Resources at Absolute International Security since March 2022. Previously, Jeanette held the position of Western Regional Human Resources Manager at Mapei (UK) Ltd from March 2018 to March 2022 and served as the Director of Human Resources and Training Development at HMHY Corp from August 2011 to March 2018. Jeanette also directed human resources at Pearlman Enterprise from April 2008 to July 2011. Academic credentials include a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Development from Brandman University, an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from the City University of New York-John Jay College of Criminal Justice.
