Richard Kershaw

Richard Kershaw is a highly experienced chef with a career spanning over 15 years in prestigious culinary roles. Currently serving as the head chef for LIV Golf tournaments with Absolute Taste since February 2018, Richard has also held positions as a senior sous chef and freelance chef, traveling globally for various high-profile events, including Volvo Ocean Racing and the Monaco Grand Prix. Prior experience includes working as a junior sous chef at The Sir Charles Napier, a Michelin Star establishment, and an executive chef at HOGGIT & HOOF STEAKHOUSE LTD. Richard's early career features roles as head chef at The Carnarvon Arms, a chef de partie at The Crab at Chieveley, and various positions within the Formula 1 hospitality sector. Richard holds an NVQ Level 3 in Catering and Hospitality from Basingstoke College of Technology.
