Jenny Zhang has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple industries. Jenny is currently working as the Director of Marketing Operations and Analytics at Absorb Software since December 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Strategy & Operations Manager at S&P Global Ratings from December 2017 to December 2022. Jenny also worked at JW Player as a Senior Manager of Business Analytics from August 2014 to December 2017. Before that, they worked at PwC as a Technology Consultant from January 2011 to July 2014, where they led various projects such as a Digital Transformation Program for a National Pharmacy Chain, managed a set-top box product for a leading Cable Company, and implemented an Identity Management solution for a National Bank. Jenny started their career as a Software Engineering Intern at Schlumberger in 2010, where they designed and implemented a social network function for Petrel. Jenny also worked as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Schlumberger in 2007, where they created analysis reports and maintained customer relationships using Siebel CRM, receiving the Schlumberger Excellent Intern Award.

Jenny Zhang obtained a Master's degree in Information System Management from Carnegie Mellon University in 2010. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Management & Systems from Fudan University in 2009. In 2008, Jenny also had a study abroad experience at the National University of Singapore in the field of Information Management & Systems. In addition to their formal education, Jenny has obtained various certifications, including ones in Power BI, DeFi Business Practitioner, Blockchain, Growth Strategies, Competitive Strategy, Decision-Making, SQL, Excel, Communication, Marketing Analytics, NLP with Python, Product Management, Data Science, and Data Visualization.
