Nara Zarino

Nara Zarino is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in startup mentorship, employee experience, and communication. Currently serving as a mentor at Associação Brasileira de Startups and eMentor.br, and teaching at Escola Conquer and StartSe, Nara has held significant leadership roles, including Head of Employee Experience at Stone and Zé Delivery. Nara’s expertise spans employer branding, talent acquisition, and organizational communication, with a foundational background in performance management and strategic communications.
