Jeff Stovall

Jeff Stovall has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Jeff started their career in 1992 as a Manufacturing Projects Engineer at DuPont. Jeff later held various management and executive positions at Sprint, where they led IT merger integration, corporate transformation, IT portfolio management, and telecom marketing. Jeff was also the Director of Information Technology at Sprint. In 2008, Stovall became the Chief Information Officer and Department Director at the City of Charlotte, where they led the digital strategy and technology operations. Jeff then joined PMMC as the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, where they oversaw product development, account management, and service delivery. Stovall also worked as an Independent Consultant at GERSON LEHRMAN GROUP LIMITED. From 2019 onwards, they worked as the Industry Executive Director at Oracle, providing advisory services and developing SaaS roadmaps for executive clients. Currently, Stovall serves as the Chief Information Officer at Abt Associates, where they lead global IT operations and ensures operational information exchange across the enterprise. Throughout their career, Stovall has achieved significant milestones, including generating a 20% increase in YoY incremental revenue and successfully integrating acquired IT operations.

Jeff Stovall has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Jeff also has an MBA in General Management from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business. Additionally, they have completed the Senior Executive Institute at the Weldon Cooper Center for Public Service at the University of Virginia. In 2023, they graduated from the ITSMF Executive Academy at the Information Technology Senior Management Forum.
