Jennifer K. Curtin

Jennifer K. Curtin has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Jennifer K. is currently working as the Client Account Lead for Natural Resources, Energy & Infrastructure at Abt Associates since September 2023. Prior to that, from March 2022 to September 2023, they served as an Account Executive for the Department of Interior at Cherokee Federal.

From 2015 to 2022, Jennifer held various roles at The Cadmus Group. Jennifer K. started as a Principal, where they focused on assessing vulnerabilities of infrastructure and communities to climate change. Later, they became the Senior Director of Business Development, leading market, strategy, and capture activities for large federal pursuits in international development, energy, environment, and homeland security sectors.

Before joining The Cadmus Group, Jennifer worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Senior Environmental Policy & Land Use Expert from 1997 to 2015. Jennifer K. advised Military Services and Civilian Agencies on environmental and real estate issues related to base closure property and provided environmental policy and land use expertise.

Earlier in their career, Jennifer served as a Regulatory Specialist/Attorney at ABB Environmental Services from 1995 to 1997, assisting government clients on environmental issues. Jennifer K. also worked as a Legislative Analyst at KEVRIG Company Inc. from 1994 to 1996, assessing regulatory compliance of the oil industry with oil pollution requirements.

Jennifer's work experience also includes roles at the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME) as a Government Relations Specialist from 1987 to 1989 and as a Researcher at Americans for Generational Equity from 1986 to 1987.

Throughout their career, Jennifer has consistently demonstrated expertise in environmental law, policy, business development, and regulatory compliance.

Jennifer K. Curtin has a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. Jennifer K. also participated in a Semester Abroad program in Irish Studies at University College Dublin. Jennifer K. completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Vermont, earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in British Literature. Jennifer also holds Bar Licenses from the Supreme Court (obtained in 2001) and the State of Maryland (obtained in 1992).
