Pamela Riley

Pamela Riley is a Senior Digital Health Advisor at Abt Associates, a position held since February 2009, where efforts are focused on leveraging digital technology to enhance development outcomes through public-private partnerships, sustainable business models, and digital applications. Prior to this, Pamela served as VP of External Affairs at Vodafone US from September 1986 to September 2000, playing a significant role in public policy and regulatory matters, including facilitating a $56 billion merger. Pamela holds a JD from The George Washington University Law School, an MS in Family Studies from the University of Maryland, and a BS in Psychology from Syracuse University.
