Samantha Concepcion

Samantha Concepcion is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human services analytics and data management. Currently serving as a Human Services Senior Analyst at Abt Associates since February 2022, Samantha previously held the position of HMIS Analyst at All Chicago Making Homelessness History from February 2021 to January 2022. Prior roles include Database and Report Specialist at DuPage County Community Services, and various positions at the DuPage County Election Commission, SCARCE, Kaplan, and Clarity in Numbers, LLC. Samantha began their career with a leadership role at LeadAmerica. With a Bachelor of Arts in Statistics from Northwestern University, earned between 2009 and 2013, Samantha combines analytical expertise with a strong commitment to social services.
