Kathleen Salerno

Kathleen Salerno has extensive work experience in recruitment. Kathleen started their career in 1996 at Cross Country Healthcare as the Director of Recruitment. Kathleen later joined Cross Country TravCorps as the Assistant Director of Recruitment, where they were responsible for developing strategies and action plans to meet team and division goals. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Director of Recruitment at Cross Country Education.

Kathleen Salerno holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Lynn University.
