Sean Harvey

Sean Harvey has extensive experience in finance and administration, currently serving as the Finance and Grants Manager at Abt Global for the USAID Local Health System Sustainability project since October 2021. Previously, Sean held various leadership positions, including Chief Executive Officer at Ellco Jamaica (2019-2020), Finance and Administration Manager at Abt Global (2017-2019), and Administrative Manager at PriceSmart Clubs Jamaica Limited (2015-2017). Additional roles include Administrative Manager at the Child Development Agency (2007-2016) and Program Coordinator at the University of the Commonwealth Caribbean (2013-2015). Educational credentials include an Executive Masters Degree in Business and Public Administration and an MBA focused on Strategic Planning and Business Development.
