Clara Satria is an experienced proposal and capture management professional, currently serving as a Senior Proposal Specialist at Abt Global since October 2024. Clara previously held the role of Proposal and Capture Manager at Forterra, where essential proposal and capture processes were developed and streamlined for long-term growth. Clara’s extensive background includes leading analytic facilitation and story development programs at the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and acting in various capacities in intelligence, including as a Senior Analyst and Intelligence Officer. Clara holds a Bachelor's Degree in International Relations and Affairs from Georgetown University, a Master's Degree in Global Security Studies from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Certificate in Creative Writing from the University of Cambridge.
