Gouri Menon

Gouri Menon is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently, Gouri serves as the Head of Rewards and Organizational Development at Abu Dhabi Airports since November 2022 and is also a Founder and Partner at Grid Consult since September 2020. Previous roles include Transformation Consultant at Zayed University, Advisor for Organizational Effectiveness at Massar Solutions, and Senior Manager for Talent, Rewards & Performance at Aon for the Middle East & Africa. Gouri has demonstrated expertise in HR strategy, job framework development, and organizational design through significant contributions in various organizations including AL TARIQ and Tawazun Economic Council. Gouri's educational background includes a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Nagpur University and a Bachelor of Arts in the same field from Osmania University.
