Therese Jager is currently serving as the (ORAT) People Workstream Lead and Senior Project Manager at Parsons Corporation for Abu Dhabi International Airport's Terminal A Project. Prior to this role, Therese worked with Abu Dhabi Airports and TTRO in similar capacities. Therese brings extensive experience in airport operations and customer experience, having held various senior management positions at Etihad Airways. Therese has also served as the Airport Manager at Dublin Airport and Chairman of the Dublin Airline Operators Committee. In addition, Therese is currently pursuing an Executive MSc in Air Transport and Management at the University of West London.
