Shally Yan

Shally Yan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and operations management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Operations Director of Vietnam & Cambodia at Deckers Brands since September 2016, Shally previously held roles such as Senior HR Business Partner. Prior to Deckers Brands, experience includes positions as HR General Manager of the Mining Resources Unit and HR Manager of the Beijing Office at Evergreen Industries Group from April 2012 to August 2016, and Sr. HR & Admin. Manager of China Sourcing Operations at Kenneth Cole Productions between January 2006 and May 2012. Additionally, Shally worked at Reebok as HR & Admin. Manager from August 1996 to January 2006. Shally holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Macquarie Graduate School of Management, earned between 2005 and 2006.
