The new Terminal A at Abu Dhabi International Airport, one of the largest airport terminals in the world at 742,000 sqm, has a capacity of up to 45 million passengers and will serve as an iconic gateway to Abu Dhabi for both business and leisure tourism.

The Operations Team at Abu Dhabi Airports is responsible for ensuring the seamless and efficient management of airport activities across all five commercial airports in the emirate. This team oversees key operational areas including airside operations, baggage systems, cargo and logistics, fire safety, and the Airport Operations Control Center (AOCC). They work collaboratively to maintain high standards of safety, security, and service, ensuring a world-class experience for passengers and airlines, while supporting the strategic goal of positioning Abu Dhabi as a premier global aviation hub.
