Mark J. Pierotti, PhD, FRAeS, is a seasoned aviation professional with extensive experience in senior management roles within the aviation sector. Currently serving as the Director of the Commercial Department and Managing Director of ADA Millennium at Abu Dhabi Aviation since April 2017, Mark oversees operations for the largest helicopter company in the MENA region. Prior roles include Chief Executive/Operations Officer at Al Jaber Aviation LLC, where responsibilities included startup management of a VIP and Executive Charter Airline, and COO/Managing Director at Avisa Gulf LLC, providing aviation consultancy services. Earlier positions included Manager of Airworthiness at Presidential Flight and various engineering roles at Emirates, the Royal Navy, and British Airways. Mark holds a PhD in Air Transport Engineering and Management from City St George’s, University of London, alongside multiple degrees in aviation and business management.
