Hanfee Mohammed Hanfee Abd El Rahman is currently serving as the Head of Learning and Development at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Egypt since September 2019. Prior to this role, Hanfee held various positions in training and development at Union National Bank Egypt, where he was responsible for negotiating training offers with providers, translating internal banking policies, and facilitating communication between staff and consultants. With a background in teaching English language and literature, Hanfee has a strong foundation in education and training. He holds a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language & Literature from Cairo University.
