Mohamed El Wakkad

Mohamed El Wakkad, MBA, currently serves as Senior Credit Risk Manager and Group Head at Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank - Egypt since July 2022, overseeing credit risk management for large corporate clients and syndication loans. Previously, Mohamed held the role of Credit Risk Deputy Manager at Arab Bank from May 2021 to July 2022, and prior to that, served as Credit Risk Assistant Manager at Al Ahli Bank of Kuwait - Egypt from April 2019 to May 2021. Mohamed began a career in risk management at Banque du Caire as a Sr. Risk & Control Analyst from October 2013 to April 2019. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Banking and Finance from the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport and a Bachelor's degree from Ain Shams University.
