Abdullah Al Qubaisi

Abdullah Al Qubaisi was appointed as the Chief Support Services Officer in January 2023. In his new role, he is leading Abu Dhabi Global Market Support Services, taking overall responsibility for achieving plans and goals, driving the performance of support services, and overseeing all matters related to Human Capital, Technology Services, Procurement, and General Services.

During his tenure at ADGM, Abdullah has successfully led two critical functions: the Human Capital Division and the Technology Services Division. His transformative leadership, strategic foresight, and commitment to innovation and digital enablement have played a crucial role in reshaping ADGM's business services. He has also fostered a supportive work environment, promoted workforce diversity, and focused on retention.

With over 20 years of experience, Abdullah has demonstrated his ability to develop and implement strategies that align with the broader goals of Abu Dhabi Global Market. He holds a degree in Business Administration from the Higher Colleges of Technology in the UAE. Abdullah joined ADGM in August 2014 and was one of the first employees to join the organisation.
