Régine Honoré Villain

Régine Honoré Villain is an accomplished healthcare supply chain executive, currently serving as SVP, Chief Supply Chain & Support Services Officer at Ochsner Health since February 2019. Régine has demonstrated expertise in developing innovative supply chain strategies, managing multi-state systems, and optimizing operational efficiencies across various healthcare organizations. Prior to Ochsner Health, Régine held leadership positions at NYU Langone Health, the Medical University of South Carolina, and Cooper University Hospital, among others, showcasing a strong focus on strategic sourcing, process standardization, and collaboration with clinical leadership. In addition, Régine is the Chair & CEO of Southern Strategic Sourcing Partners LLC since June 2023. Educational credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the University of Florida, a Master of Public Health from Columbia University, and advanced studies at The Wharton School.
