Monique Elgin

Monique Elgin is an experienced legal professional with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Associate Director and Senior Legal Counsel at ADGM since November 2021, Monique has previously held prominent positions at ADNOC Group, including Vice President of Group Corporate Ethics & Compliance and Senior Legal Counsel. Prior roles include Consultant at Dell and Deputy General Counsel at Investec Bank plc, as well as Senior Lawyer at Lloyds TSB and Lawyer at Minter Ellison Rudd Watts. Monique holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Otago and a QLTT from BPP Law School.
