Aaron Kucharczuk

Aaron Kucharczuk is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in the public sector. Currently serving as Senior Legal Counsel at the Independent Electricity System Operator (IESO) since July 2019, Aaron previously held a similar role at Infrastructure Ontario, where the responsibilities included managing the legal aspects of Canada’s second-largest real estate portfolio. Prior roles include Programs and Standards Advisor at the Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care, focusing on drafting provincial funding agreements for health infrastructure, as well as positions such as articling student and summer law student. Aaron holds a Juris Doctor from York University - Osgoode Hall Law School, a Master's in Molecular Genetics from the University of Toronto, and dual undergraduate degrees in Biology (Honours) and Psychology from Queen's University.
